Hiskashrus

There are many Yeshivos.  But one of the things that separates Yeshivas Tomchei Tmimim from all others is the raising of Chassidim of the Rebbe, מקושרים בלב ונפש.  The underlying foundation for all aspects of MLTL, the common thread linking all areas of Yeshiva life and learning, is Hiskashrus.  Tmimim in the Yehsiva are infused with a sense that their learning, Farbrengens, Mivtzoyim, and even extra curricular activities, are all for the sake of carrying out the Shlichus that the Rebbe has given us, the דור השביעי, to bring the Shechina down, make a דירה בתחתונים, and bring Moshiach.

Children at the age of adolescence have tremendous energy, as well as many Nisyonos.  The Rebbe taught us that this power and – sometimes misguided – energy is a powerful force of good, that if guided correctly can create positive revolutions – the very goal that the Rebbe has set for our generation.  At MLTL we believe that it is crucial not to stifle this kind of energy.  Bochurim, by their nature tend to try and push to test the limits of their environments.  By helping to guide this שטות דקליפה into שטות דקדושה, as the Rebbe explains in Bosi Legani, we hope to bring Chayus into every aspect of your son’s Yeshiva life that will, IY”H, spill over into all other areas of his life.
